Leimert Park, one of the first comprehensively planned communities in Southern California, was founded and developed in 1927 by Walter H. Leimert Sr. and designed by Olmsted Brothers, a firm headed by sons of Frederick Law Olmsted Sr., the master planner of New York City s Central Park. In its early years, Leimert Park was a pasture situated on portions of the Rancho Cienega O Paso de la Tijera, once owned by land baron E.J. Lucky Baldwin. The area is best known for its gracefully curved tree-lined streets, Spanish Colonial and Mediterranean-style homes, and Art Deco buildings designed by some of the nation s foremost architects. Famous residents Ella Fitzgerald, Ray Charles, and Los Angeles s first African American mayor, Tom Bradley, have called Leimert Park home. In 1967, artists Alonzo and Dale Davis founded Brockman Gallery, and with this beginning, a new era of Leimert Park as an arts and cultural center dawned. Today, with its art galleries, jazz and blues clubs, coffeehouses, performance spaces, restaurants, and Afrocentric fashion and merchandise shops, the area has evolved into one of Los Angeles s great idyllic communities."Binding Type: Paperback

My god loves his new chew bone 😍
My dog loves this chew bone, he chewed on it daily since I gave it to him. It's good value for money, pretty hard, lasted about a month & a half. Good size bone for a medium sized dog

Best thing for boredom
My dog loves the Benebone especially when he is bored. He loves the chicken one the best. When the edges start to splinter or get rough, we get him a new one.

My Dog Is Obsessed — Long-Lasting and Worth Every Penny
The Benebone Wishbone is hands-down one of my dog’s favorite chew toys. He cannot get enough of it. The real chicken flavor keeps him interested, and the wishbone shape gives him a solid grip from any angle.
What stands out is the durability. My dog is a strong chewer, and this thing holds up far better than most toys on the market. No soft spots, no chunks breaking off, and no mess—just a tough, long-lasting chew that keeps him busy.
Made in the USA is a bonus, and the medium size works great for a wide range of breeds. If you’ve got an aggressive chewer or a dog who goes nuts for flavored bones, this one is absolutely worth having in the rotation.

Great dog chew lasts a while, enjoyed by most every dog
These bones are great for a few small, yet significant reasons. Bottom line up front: They're great and a dog owner would be well served to pick up one or two of these as a long term chew toy your dog is almost sure to love.
1) The first being the odd shape of the bones. The shape enables the dog to pick up the bones with ease rather than some of the more flat bones or chews which can lead to a struggle and frustration. The three prongs and the elevated middle portion alleviate this concern.
2) These bones aren't ground material shaped into a bone shape, they are tough, plastic-like substances. They have a very subtle aroma of the flavor they are supposed to be (bacon, chicken, etc) but are completely safe for the dogs to munch on. The best part of the bones being this substance is that they last quite a long time.
3) The bones are lightweight and won't hurt you if you stub your toe as you walk around the house barefoot.
4) Dogs seem to love them. Only the most picky or reclusive dogs will ignore these bones.
