Includes automatic filling and refilling of water in the vat, an overflow device, and a front 2-inch stainless steel drain cock with an insulating handle.

Equipped with a multifunctional keyboard featuring a 7-inch resistive touch screen display for easy program creation, editing, and monitoring. Offers manual and program cooking modes with temperature and time settings.
HACCP Data & Software Updates

Mobile Chilling/Blanching Vats
Two mobile chilling/blanching vats (UBAVR48DX/SX) with AISI 316 chilling tanks and perforated baskets, designed for efficient cooling or blanching. Baskets have electric tilting and forced water activation.
Insulated Trolleys
Two insulated trolleys (UBACC1010) entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with insulated basins suitable for GN 1/1 h.200 containers, equipped with pivoting wheels and brakes for easy transport.
Safety Systems
Includes an emergency button and a heating interruption system that activates in case of insufficient water level in the vat, ensuring operational safety.
