This biomorphic chaise had a limited production period with Ikea Sweden from 2001 to 2005, making it a rarer find. The chair’s internal frame is composed of bamboo and the entirety of the structure is covered in a natural rattan. The seat and headrest have been freshly upholstered in Spanish lambskin cashmere shearling. This chair is in good vintage condition, with a few minimal surface losses to the rattan on the chair back, standard for the age and use of the chair. The nearly weightless nature of rattan means the chair is light and airy, easy to move and carry.
