商品名稱分別從「恵乃智」「玄乃智」「穂乃智」「中取り」的頭一個字母。各款商品的直汲版本就是「作IMPRESSION」。直汲是、搾出的酒不倒回酒桶保存、直接入樽。
這款IMPRESSION M就是十分受歡迎「恵乃智」的直汲版本。雖然是火入、卻有像新酒般的微氣泡口感。清爽帶著甜甜的果實香、優美酒香以及滿滿的清涼感、容易入口的一款酒。
清水清三郎商店設定較低生產量、米總重量600kg至800kg左右。這樣的釀造方法更能觀察酒的變化、因此能造高出品質的酒。當然要花更多時間、不適合大量生產。可是這種規模的生產、易於觀察醗酵桶內麹及蒸米的状態或酵母的發酵進行情況。不止是大吟醸、所有種類的酒皆是以同樣的方式釀造。
而且一般來說、只在冬天造酒、現在一年四季都有在造酒。不計成本優化設備、而冷却設備則是採用可管理溫度較小型的、約一星期為一個造酒周期、這就是清水清三郎商店的造酒之道。

Very comfortable, right length

This product arrived as described. I like the trunk length, not the boxer brief length. They are comfortable. Hold up well when worn and washed. I don't seem to sweat as much. These were ordered to replace ones ordered about 2-3 years ago due loss of weight, had to down size. The waist band doesn't roll as like other brands.
