This is a soft and easy-on-the-palate, white chocolate gingerbread roll out cookie with a hidden secret ingredient - orange juice! It helps to mellow out and compliment the smokey flavors of the molasses and cloves. This will for sure become a staple in your holiday cookie recipe book!
