Steep Canyon Rangers are Asheville, North Carolina?s GRAMMY winners, perennial Billboard chart-toppers, and frequent collaborators of the renowned banjoist (and occasional comedian) Steve Martin. The Rangers can now add their hometown Asheville Symphony to their long list of musical companions on the new album Be Still Moses. Each track on Be Still Moses features the Rangers and symphony breathing new life into signature Steep Canyon Rangers songs through newly inspired orchestral arrangements. The album's title track features what is perhaps their most singular musical partnership to date ? Steep Canyon Rangers teaming with not only the Asheville Symphony, but also Philadelphia soul legends Boyz II Men to completely overhaul the Rangers? original ?Be Still Moses,? which was first recorded on their 2007 breakout album Lovin' Pretty Women. The collaboration was recognized for it's ?sublime harmonies and soulful ad-libs" by Rolling Stone and resulted in both the Rangers and Boyz II Men performing the song live together in October 2019. These bowls are a staple in both my home and now adding them to Airbnb property. They’re sturdy enough to handle soups, cereals and even heavier meals without getting soggy or collapsing too fast. I love that they’re microwave safe and compostable makes cleanup easy and eco-friendlier. The 20 oz size is generous and the pack of 6 lasts a good while for sure especially when you’re hosting guests or just want a no-fuss option for meals (or for the teenage boys and their friends coming for a quick bite). You'll appreciate the convenience, and I appreciate not having to worry about dishes piling up all the time. Design and color has some fun to it over the typical white basic kind. Definitely a good value and also doesn't have that weird scent or doesn't leave that weird taste to it.
If you’re looking for durable, disposable bowls that don’t feel flimsy, these are a solid pick.

Save Sanity (and Sinks)

These 20-ounce bowls have been a lifesaver for a big family with no time—or sanity—to spare for a sink full of dishes.
Don’t fill one with water and leave it overnight unless you’re running a paper-mâché experiment. For hot soup, I’d recommend using two bowls, but for cereal, pasta, snacks, or fruit, they’re perfect.
I even found one that had been left outside in the rain for a few days and it still hadn’t disintegrated—so sturdiness gets bonus points.
Also, three scoops of ice cream plus toppings? Tested and verified.
If you value your peace of mind more than your dish pile, these are the bowls you’re looking for.
