It featured three singles, "Wild Thing", "Funky Cold Medina", and "I Got It Goin' On". In the week of April 15, it reached #1 on the Billboard200 chart. It was certified Double Platinum by the RIAA. The album cover is based on Donald Byrd's 1963 album, A New Perspective. The video for the first single, "Wild Thing, " became a stable on MTV in the US; the song rose to #2 on the US Hot 100, and the top twenty in Australia. The second single, "Funky Cold Medina, " also became a hit. It reached the top 5 in the US, peaking at #3; the top ten in Australia; and the top twenty in the UK.

CONVENIENT BUT MAY BE HARD FOR SOME TO SWALLOW

I've tried lots of different types of fiber supplements. For convenience, this one is the best. A lot has been said about how large the pills are for swallowing, but I have bigger pills than these, and they go down fine. The issue is the shape of the pill. It's made not cylindrical, but with 4 faces with sharp corners. These make the pills tend to stick a bit on the way down. I would not recommend these pills for someone with swallowing difficulties. That being said, they do work.

Hard to swallow

This pill should have been in a tumbler or something to make it smooth like others. Otherwise I've had no issies or side effects. I'll continue to buy it, but i with it was more smooth to swallow.
