Cartier Baignoire “Paris” – 18K White Gold Diamond Set (Ref. 78094, Circa 1970s)

The Cartier Baignoire is one of the maison’s most sensual and elegant creations—an icon of refined femininity and Parisian design. This exceptionally rare example, crafted in 18K white gold and adorned with diamonds, elevates the model into true collector territory. Signed “Paris” and dating to the 1970s, this reference 78094 represents Cartier at its most exclusive and artistic.

The Case – Sculptural Elegance in White Gold

Executed in 18K white gold, the iconic elongated Baignoire case is gracefully curved, hugging the wrist with fluid elegance. What makes this piece truly special is its diamond-set case, which adds remarkable brilliance while preserving the watch’s refined and understated character. The diamonds are beautifully integrated, offering a subtle yet captivating sparkle that enhances the sculptural form.

White gold examples of the Baignoire from this era are exceptionally rare, making this watch far more uncommon than its yellow gold counterparts. The case remains in excellent condition, retaining its elegant proportions and soft curves.

Completing the case is the original blue sapphire cabochon crown, a signature Cartier detail that adds contrast and unmistakable luxury.

The Dial – Pure Cartier Identity

The white dial is a study in timeless Cartier design. It features black Roman numerals, perfectly balanced within the elongated case shape, and is proudly signed “Paris”, denoting production during Cartier’s most sought-after period.

The dial is clean, crisp, and beautifully preserved—an authentic expression of 1970s Cartier elegance, where restraint and proportion reign supreme.

The Movement – Classic Mechanical Precision

Inside beats the Cartier Caliber 78-1, a manually wound movement known for its reliability and traditional construction. This example has been fully serviced by our watchmaker and is running very well, keeping accurate time and ready to be enjoyed with confidence.

The Strap – Refined Finishing Touch

The watch is fitted on a blue lizard leather strap, handmade in Belgium, perfectly complementing the white gold case and sapphire crown. It is secured with a steel pin buckle, keeping the focus on elegance while ensuring everyday practicality.

quality, operation, installation, ink, etc
Style: WF-3823
Works fantastic, had no issues with it printing or anything yet. Still using the ink that came with it, and I have printed over 100 pages already. Easy to connect the wifi to it, delivered within two days. Only problem I had was trying to figure out how to set it up with my laptop as the instructions aren't very clear on that and if you go to the company page and try looking up the printer it don't show it on the company page at all including using the model etc. But ended up googling the printer information and was able to get clearer instructions on how to get it installed and connected. Otherwise no complaints at all, print quality is very good as well. I highly recommend as we mostly use it for homeschool. So we are using it alot and printing alot! I highly recommend. Not to big and not to small. I love it!

Another Great Epson Printer
Style: WF-3823
This was a great price for a printer that has shown itself to be good print speed and print quality. I have owned Epson printers for years, and this works wonderfully for both home use and small business use. The paper capacity is good, and the wireless connectivity is fine--no problems with that. The weight is good--not super lightweight, but certainly not too heavy as it can be carried and moved with ease. Overall it's great. I have not used the fax function, but all the other functions work fine.

Toss this printer away
Style: WF-3823
Less than a year old and it will not accept Espon print cartridges. I have googled and done everything possible to reboot the printer, but nothing is working

Huge Step Backwards
Style: WF-3823
Purchased this after my WF-3540 finally died. This is a disappointing step backwards in capability for the price. Printing is at best "fine". Getting good color matching / saturation has been a challenge but otherwise acceptable for general things like labels. Despite the confusing documentation (at the time of purchase), this does not do double-sided scanning. This makes using the ADF for multi-sided documents basically pointless. This will be my last Epson. UPDATE - Months have passed and I'm moving it from 2 to 1 star. The ink cartridges run out quickly and are expensive to replace. The ADF jams constantly on scan jobs. The paper pull from the main cassette pulls multiple pages at a time. On top of all that, when using this with a WiFi connection to your network only, the amount of times that it losses connectivity but thinks it is still connected is constant, and/or assigns itself a local IP address instead of getting one from DHCP results in having to cycle power to get it back working. Trash printer.
