David Beazley, the current Librarian of the Flyfishers' Club referred to the book as "the Jubilee Book." Main Committee decision to research, write up and compile the book by means of a 'Committee of Editors' whose identities were, as far as possible, to be kept confidential. All members were given a copy of the book, the majority being handed out on leaving the Jubilee Dinner at the Savoy. Subsequently, new members were able to buy copies for 10/6d.

With a history of the club's formation plus chapters on the library; the Journal; various dinners; rummage sales; committees and secretaries plus appendices listing former presidents, original members, honorary life members, gifts to the club plus author members and their books.

The Flyfishers' Club is a gentlemen's club in London, England, which was founded in 1884 for enthusiasts of flyfishing. In 1894, the club had more than three hundred members, while in 1984, this number had risen to between eight and nine hundred members.

History
The club's library has been described as one of the finest of its kind in Europe; it has a collection of around three thousand works on the subject of fishing.

Mark Waid does it again!
Format: Kindle
There’s just something about the way Waid writes Superman that is truly special. The dynamic between Superman and Lex Luthor and their complicated history is captured brilliantly in these pages.

Solid Superman story
Format: Hardcover
Lex is dying and tricks Superman in to trying to save him. While this sounds like a spoiler, there is so much more in this tale. Mark Waid knows what he is doing with his stories. So just sit back and enjoy the ride. The art team of Hitch and Nowlan is out of this world, with some mind blowing two page spreads. The oversized hardcover is the best format to appreciate the views.

VIVA METAMORPHO
Format: Paperback
Okay, I was always lukewarm to Metamorpho before I read this. This reprints the roots of the character and his supporting cast, who are an essential part of these stories. Ramona Fradon's art in these stories will blow your mind, and the banter of the characters will crack you up and warm your soul. BRAVO!
