Giấm me Ottogi 450ml – Bí kíp tuyệt đỉnh cho một nồi canh chua thơm lừng, một dĩa gỏi chua ngọt đúng vị hay những chén nước chấm đậm đà!

Đây là một loại giấm mới, được làm từ giấm lên men kết hợp nước cốt me và nước theo tỉ lệ phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn khi nấu ăn mang đến một chai giấm me màu vàng nhạt trong suốt với hương vị thơm và độ chua khoảng 6%~7%

Thích hợp dùng để trộn gỏi, salad, tẩm ướp thức ăn, pha nước chấm,...Đặc biệt, giấm có tính sát khuẩn cao nên có hiệu quả rất tốt khi hòa cùng nước để rửa rau củ, hoa quả hoặc bát dĩa.

Ngoài ra việc sử dụng giấm để sơ chế các loại thực phẩm nặng mùi như cá, thịt sẽ làm giảm đi mùi hôi tanh và giữ cho nguyên liệu được tươi hơn. Và giấm còn là một bí quyết kỳ diệu giúp cải thiện hương vị, bảo quản thực phẩm và làm cho một số món ăn trông đẹp mắt hơn.

Thành phần: Giấm lên men 50%, nước, nước cốt me 5% (me quả, đường glucose, đường maltodextrin), hương me tổng hợp (0.09%)

Chỉ tiêu chất lượng chủ yếu (trong 100ml): Hàm lượng axit (tính theo axit axetic): 6g ~7g. Năng lượng ≤ 30 kcal
