Inspired by Louis SacharÕs "Sideways Stories from Wayside School," the 4th grade students in Amy SpiesÕ class at Cypress Creek Elementary decided to write their own version of exceptional tales from their perspective. Influenced by their fearless principal, Sandy Russell, students crafted stories that related to the all important LIFESKILLS. Each unique chapter explores peculiar adventures that take place during what seemingly starts out as an ordinary school day. The nineteen authors hope to captivate the readerÕs interest while enlightening them on ways in which LIFESKILLS can be beneficial.
