DHC tankless water heaters are ideal for residential and commercial point-of-use sink applications including: bathrooms, cabins and cottages, office buildings, stores, malls, warehouses, restaurants, and gas stations. They heat water instantaneously and endlessly at 99% efficiency as it flows through the unit. Because they do not store hot water like tank water heaters, they have no stand-by energy losses. Venting is not necessary and the compact European design can be installed with the unit visible. The hot water temperature delivered by a DHC depends on the incoming cold water temperature, the flow rate through the unit, and the size of the DHC model. They excel at supplying water at a constant temperature but the model must be carefully matched to the flow rate of the sink to operate properly. Refer to the DHC Sizing Guide to determine which model you need. Call Stiebel Eltron at 800.582.8423 with any questions. Interesting Follow Up to the 80/20 Principle
Format: Paperback
If you enjoyed the 80/20 Principle this is a good guide to applying it in your life. He does make some bold predictions like highly competent individuals will soon make public corporations obsolete. Some of this book is highly speculative and other parts are very practical. Luckily it is pretty easy to tell which is which. Very interesting book.

A Few Gems, but Not the Right Fit for Me
Format: Kindle
This book focuses on the 80/20 principle, emphasizing the importance of identifying and maximizing the 20% of activities that yield the greatest results. While it offers valuable insights on growth, creativity, and leveraging strengths, it didn’t resonate with me personally, and I found the reading experience less enjoyable.
Key Takeaways:
• Growth requires creating something new and meaningful, not maintaining the status quo.
• Focus on your “20% spike”—your unique strengths—and develop them like an athlete.
• Use the 80/20 principle to identify the most profitable parts of a business.
Overall, the ideas are useful, but the book didn’t fully capture my interest or provide practical applications I could relate to.
