It incorporates a custom designed and manufactured center bushing to support the clutch center shaft preventing misalignment. The plate serves to link the bolted towers together reducing twisting and sliding even adding air passages to circulate fresh air reducing compartment temperature.
The plate is crafted from a solid piece of billet Aluminum – a big upgrade over the stock piece prone to flexing or cracking while allowing a few mile per hour ground speed gain. Each zone of the plate is held to tight tolerances to restrain bushing motion increasing stability and reducing clutch flex under load.
