Bec supports clients through education and empowerment on topics such as mindful movement, mindset, wholesome nutrition, herbal medicine, living intentionally, and the ancient art of yoga.
Bec is a long-term Whitsunday local, having lived in the area for most of her life. She feels blessed to have grown up in a beautiful, small, yet vibrant community.
