Well, you need an Alembic Pot (Karkheh) to make arak, and now you've found one with this 4.75-gallon (21.5L) solid red beechwood fruit/wine press.
The base plate features a lip for easily collecting the juice and a wide stance for extra stability. The 'twist and extend' mechanism where the supplied blocks of wood are out in place as the handle is twisted exerts pressure on the fruits, giving the maximum yield.
