- Individual infinite controls let you adjust each well independently.
- Stainless steel top and body are built for heavy-duty commercial use.
- 8" stainless steel support shelf with removable 3/8" poly cutting board adds prep space.
- Fiberglass insulation between compartments helps maintain serving temperatures.
