Two different groups claimed to discover the element around the same time, both proposed a different name for the element. After years of dispute over the naming of the element, it was named after Dubna, a town in Moscow, Russia, where one of the research groups that discovered it was located. This display is contained within crystal clear Lucite acrylic.
