The manifold is constructed from 1. 5" diameter T304 stainless schedule 10 tubing, cast schedule 10 merge collector and 1 2" 3D contoured CNC head flange. These are fully tig welded and back purged. The manifold is constructed from 1.5" diameter T304 stainless schedule 10 tubing, cast schedule 10 merge collector and 1/2" 3D contoured CNC head flange. These are fully tig welded and back purged. The head flange is welded on both sides and ported for a smooth flow and transition.
