The Excel DC is a standout double-cutaway semi-hollow offering classic tones and modern versatility. With deep, comfortable cutaways and a slim C-shape neck profile offsetting its 16-inch-wide body shape, the Excel DC's playability is remarkable. A Seymour Duncan 59 humbucker in the neck position complimented by a Seymour Duncan SH-4 humbucker in the bridge position provide an impressive tonal range of vintage-voiced warmth to glassy high-end, while its center block fights off feedback at high volumes.
