With a small form factor for versatile installation in tight spaces, the Full HD IP/SDI/HDMI Box Camera with Audio Input & 20x Optical Zoom from BZB Gear can be used in a variety of setups for lecture hall applications or surveillance. The compact box camera captures up to 1080p video at 60 Hz over 3G-SDI, HDMI, or IP streaming simultaneously. Footage with H.264 or H.265 compression and RTMP network protocols can be streamed directly to platforms like YouTube and Facebook without additional equipment while maintaining low bandwidth requirements. Fixed-angle close-up shots can easily be achieved with the 20x optical zoom and 12x digital zoom as well as a 65° horizontal field of view.
The camera is outfitted with additional settings like 2D/3D noise reduction, automatic white balance, focus, and iris options to further optimize the image quality. Control for these features and zoom can be achieved through the on-camera controls, or through serial or network options like ONVIF, VISCA, and web interface through the LAN port connection. A stereo audio input is available to connect a microphone and embed local audio into the streaming interface. PoE is supported by the device, but a power adapter and power cable are included for further flexibility and ease of installation.
