It is constructed using solid FSC® certified timber from sustainable sources and has 4 removable legs and a recycled plastic base to prevent rot. The central study area has a removable sliding Plexiglas viewing window.
The central seating area lifts to reveal:
- A fascinating insect study farm with moveable channels tubes and feeding dish
- 2 sources of natural habitat
Each study garden comes complete with:
- A pack of the top 10 wildflower seeds and guide to attracting butterflies and insects (support the Butterfly Conservation Trust)
- A pictorial species guide of Butterflies in the UK
- Laminated species guide to Ladybirds and Woodlice
- Hand-carved vegetable marker stickers
