For a middle-ground option, offering both support and suppleness, consider our Medium Wrist Wraps. If more support and rigidity are your priority, Heavy Wrist Wraps might be more suitable for your training needs.
For advanced lifters, we also have Super Heavy Wrist Wraps, and our most supportive option, the Riot Extra Thick Wrist Wraps. All of our wraps except the light wraps are IPF approved.
How do I care for my Light Wrist Wraps?
To maintain the quality of your Light Wrist Wraps, hand wash them in cool water using a gentle detergent. After washing, gently press out any excess water and allow them to air dry flat. Avoid using bleach and refrain from machine drying.
