Sourced from family-owned farms organized around Café Brisa Serena (CBS), which operates in in Letefoho sub-district of the Ermera municipality, Timor-Leste. CBS is a social enterprise founded in 2010 with an association of more than 400 small producers. CBS has organized producers to achieve organic certification and to establish best farm management practices. CBS has also provided quality control training with the help of international development aid and increasing premiums from specialty coffee. Producers have also been able to make improvements to processing infrastructure, including the addition of drying structures that have greatly improved their ability to consistently meet quality standards for moisture content and water activity.
Fully washed and dried on raised beds. Light roasted, medium bodied, ripe juicy fruits, floral, and cocoa. Very versatile, this coffee can be used for a very interesting drip, pourover, cold brew, or single origin espresso.

Good Product, Works Well Even Without Much Foam

These Bastion garbage disposal cleaner tablets are effective and easy to use. They don’t generate as much foam as advertised, so if you’re expecting a big foaming action, you may be a little underwhelmed. That said, they still do the job well—the disposal smells fresher, and the citrus scent is clean without being overpowering.
Overall, a good product that keeps the sink area smelling nice. I’d give it 4 stars mainly because of the low foam, but it’s still a solid buy.
