Story
The Skeena River is called Ksien in the language of the people. Another spelling of the river is Ksan, so the people are called Gitksan or today the spelling has changed to Gitxsan. My phonetical spelling of this beautiful river is Ksien, it’s the closest I can get in the English alphabet to what I hear spoken.
Today I live on the banks of The Skeena and hear its soft whispers in the winter and the loud roar of it in all its power in June each year. I love this river and valley and travel often from Hazelton to Prince Rupert.
The Skeena River Ksien, is threatened by big industry and a liquefied natural gas pipeline. When will we learn that the environment sustains us, not jobs and money? This ancient highway I call Cloudwaters, is one of the few pristine rivers left in Canada. We must protect the land and the Ksien that has sustained life for millennia.

Great quality for the price!

This body shimmer oil gives a really nice sun-kissed glow without looking overly glittery. Glowy but not sure about the spf

My first impression was that this works more like a basic body shimmer than anything else. The Glistening Bronze shade gives a noticeable glow, especially on arms and shoulders. It spreads easily and adds a warm shimmer in the light, but the overall effect feels pretty simple and more cosmetic than skincare focused.
In use, the oil blends in smoothly and feels lightweight on the skin. It does leave a bit of moisture behind, similar to a light body oil, and the shimmer shows up well outdoors. The bronze tone is fairly deep, so it seems better suited for medium to darker skin tones or anyone who wants a stronger bronzed glow. The product mentions SPF 45, but there is very little information about the sun protection side of it, so I personally treat this more like a shimmer oil than a sunscreen.
Overall, this is fine if you are mainly looking for a body shimmer that adds glow and a bronzed look. It does the job of giving skin a subtle shine and a bit of hydration, but it does not stand out as anything particularly special. Glamorize your sunny day outing with this shimmer suntan protection

This body shimmer oil has a natural glow luminizer in it. It has an SPF of 45 for sun protection factor. This went on smoothly and easily and was light and did not feel greasy. It felt like fancy suntan lotion like no other I've ever tried before. This just adds a little glamor to your sunny day outing

This Oil Definitely Glitters!

I really wanted to love this shimmer oil, but it's unfortunately not my favorite. I love that it has SPF! That is a big win for me! The oil is also very good at hydrating my skin, which I appreciate. My problem comes with the shimmer of the product. The glitter in it is too big for my liking. With it being called a shimmer oil, I expected tiny glitter that softly shimmers like shimmer powders, lotions, and oils usually do. But this stuff glit-ters! And because it's bigger sized glitter, it's a lot easier to see when it gets all over everything like clothes, furniture, spouses and children. If the shimmering glitter in this was just smaller and softer, I would love this for summer time to use on my legs and arms. But it's unfortunately just not my favorite and I don't think I'll be using it anymore.
