IS HYDROGEN WATER THE SAME AS H2O?
Hydrogen-rich water is regular water that has been infused with molecular hydrogen gas (H2). While water (H2O) naturally consists of two hydrogen atoms bonded to one oxygen atom, hydrogen-rich water contains additional dissolved hydrogen gas. This creates a unique solution where extra hydrogen molecules are present alongside the water.
HOW DO I KNOW THE H2 IS WORKING?
Effects are immediate upon consumption however will vary based on lifestyle factors such as nutrition, stress and other supplementation.
In most of Healr's clinical studies, the trial periods were at least 4 weeks (30 days). They recommend at least a single consistent daily dose for 30 days for optimal results.

Healr H2 creates H2 when Healr's formula is combined with water. Consuming it immediately after dissolving will have the most benefit.
