DIY Kit: Includes a paper template that you can use to measure and cut your shelf to the exact fit of your headliner. Simply tape the template over your desired material and cut it out.
Birch Plywood Shelf: Includes a 5/8" thick, birch plywood, shelf and lip. The shelf has been cut with a CNC for a precision fit in the headliner.
Upholstery Kit: Includes the brackets, plywood shelf and all the goods to upholster the shelf on your own. 2 yards of 1/8" Landau Foam, 2 yards of Gemini Tweed Fabric and 1 can of 3M90 Adhesive Spray. We chose this fabric because its easy to clean, abrasion-resistant and will not absorb liquid.
All three headliner shelf kit options come with a set of 1/8" thick, water-jet cut, aluminum brackets that have been finished with black powder-coating.

PLEASE NOTE: Your van must come with the OEM plastic headliner storage option to mount this headliner shelf.
