And guess what, the main roof beam had carved in the year of the construction of that building: 1748When Werner, my friend gave me a few parts of that beam, made of wide-grained austrian spruce, I knew immediately that it deserved to become something special.

I used this particular well seasoned piece of spruce, with its distinctive wide grain, to build a superb stradivarian shaped violin. The result is an instrument that combines history, modern artistry, timeless cremonese tradition creating a sound as rich and unique as its origin.
