In 64 AD, Rome is in ruins and needs rebuilding. With the city weakened and distant settlements across the empire resisting taxes, Emperor Nero summons the city's most influential members with a clear mandate: reconstruct Rome and reassert dominance over the rebellious settlements.

In this new, interactive, heavy roll-and-write game, each player uses their unique abilities to achieve these goals and accumulate wealth. Players draft from a pool of custom dice to gather resources and special icons for building structures. They draw Tetris-style onto the map of the Seven Hills of Rome to construct buildings, recruit legionnaires, invade rogue settlements, or establish the renowned Roman Roads. Players can trade resources, earn coins, and gain Favours of the Gods by building Shrines. Strategic interaction with other players will be key to achieving victory.
