Rubino limpido e luminoso alla vista, dal naso complesso e intenso. Rivela subito sentori fruttati, di ciliegia matura, lamponi e more, a cui seguono profumi di erbe spontanee, timo e pietra focaia,arricchiti da lievi note speziate. Al palato si rivela subito elegante e ben equilibrato, grazie ad una bella spina acida e un sorso ricco e persistente.I profumi avvolgono naso e palato in maniera elegante, dando vita ad una danza di aromi che viene esaltata dal carattere beverino di questo vino. Le uve macerano e fermentano in acciaio alla temperatura controllata di 8-10 °C, per poi affinare per circa 10 mesi in barriques.
E’ un prodotto dotato di una particolare inclinazione gastronomica, adatto sia a carni bianche che rosse. Molto interessante l’abbinamento con la selvaggina, fa la sua figura anche con formaggi stagionati.
