Price does not include shipping! Invoice will be sent later! The estimated shipping is currently 100-240USD to US, Canada, EU and AU (other regions may differ). You will be invoiced when the statue is ready to ship! The shipping cost will be the same for both pickup and shipping options as the statue will be shipped from the studio overseas. Shipping available to other regions as well (for estimated shipping, please inquire).

The shipping time takes 30-45 days to US and 45-60 days to EU, Canada and AU (other regions may vary) as the statue will get shipped via sea. The tracking number will be emailed and updated on the order when it gets shipped from overseas. The tracking number will first show "Label Created" on a specific date. We generally count 30-60 days from the date mentioned on the tracking number is when the package arrives at the US/EU port and UPS/Fedex picks them up. Once the courier service picks it up, the tracking information will get updated with the approximate delivery date.

Fast and easy but I dont trust the process to be fully automated.
The process was very smooth and fairly quick. The only challenge I had was that the CLAIM status showed complete but I had to manually go look up the status. There was no email or notification it was closed. After manually checking the status, I called customer support and they said since I called in, they would process the payout. I wonder if I didnt call in if they would have processed it? Also, the phone rep said they would issue me a amazon egift card but then the next day I received a email saying they mailed out the payout. Very poor communication but so far the process was easy and fast.
