In bocca è corposo, succoso e lungo, animato da una viva acidità. Sul finale lascia un ricordo di pan di zenzero.Il Chassagne-Montrachet AOC di Arnaud Baillot nasce da uve chardonnay in purezza raccolte a mano nel celebre villaggio posto nella parte meridionale della Côte de Beaune. La fermentazione è svolta in acciaio a temperatura controllata e la maturazione in in legno per un minimo di 12 mesi. Prodotto in una delle zone più vocate al mondo per gli amanti dei bianchi, stupisce in termini di complessità e potenziale evolutivo.
Bianco importante, perfetto accanto a secondi piatti di pesce, pollame, selvaggina da piuma e ricette delicatamente speziate della cucina orientale.
