Особисто я його не бажаю і боюся; для мене було б жахливо знати, що я триватиму далі, було б жахливо думати, що я залишатимуся Борхесом. Я вже втомився від себе самого, від свого імені та своєї слави і хочу звільнитися від усього цього', — говорив Борхес, раєм для якого була бібліотека.
