3g Inulin, 1g Chia, Fully Disclosed Daily Greens

Revive Daily Greens is a straight-up greens supplement focused on digestion, basic vitamins and minerals, and getting more plant nutrients without the hype. The idea is simple: start with a solid 3g of inulin fiber, add real amounts of everyday greens you can see on the label, and back it up with other plant powders and electrolytes. That's key because lots of greens products use hidden blends that make tiny doses look big. This one shows everything clearly.

The star here is inulin at 3g. Inulin is a prebiotic fiber—meaning it feeds good gut bacteria—that doesn't get broken down until it hits your colon. Studies show it helps with regular bowel movements and can even improve blood sugar and metabolism a bit in some folks. At 3g, it's a real dose that actually helps with pooping regularly and supporting your gut bugs, unlike products with just a sprinkle. You'll mostly notice smoother digestion and feeling more regular after using it steadily.

Chia seed powder at 1g adds to that fiber base. It's not a huge chia hit, but it brings in soluble fiber that soaks up water, forms a gel, and gives some plant-based omega-3s for better texture, fullness, and gut feel. Inulin and chia team up great: one feeds the bacteria, the other adds bulk and smoothness.

The main greens are spinach powder at 995mg, cabbage powder at 858mg, and kale powder at 858mg. These are decent sizes for a greens product, using veggies you know, not just traces in a mix. Their big plus isn't one super effect—it's

Key Highlights

  • 3,000mg inulin prebiotic fiber—this is the real deal in here, not just for show. It gets to your colon and feeds good bacteria, helping you stay regular, and it's one of the few greens powders that actually delivers on gut benefits you can feel.
  • 1,000mg chia seed powder—a solid amount that helps with texture, keeping you full, and smooth digestion. The soluble fiber in chia works well with inulin, making this more about real gut support than just a bunch of dried veggies.
  • 995mg spinach powder—almost a full gram of a classic green. It's not just label candy; it grounds the mix in actual leafy greens instead of tiny trendy bits.
  • 858mg cabbage powder and 858mg kale powder—these are good, clear doses for greens supplements. They're packed with nutrients as cruciferous veggies, turning this into a legit greens blend, not some flavored powder with barely any plants.
  • No proprietary blend—everything's listed with exact amounts. In a market full of hidden tiny doses under 'superfood' labels, this transparency lets you see what's really driving the formula.
  • 200mg potassium—it's not a ton, but it's a smart add. Most people get too much salt and not enough potassium, so this helps with hydration and daily balance in a greens powder.
  • 234mg each of alfalfa, barley grass, oat grass, and wheat grass—these widen the green variety beyond just leaves. They give that classic greens feel users look for, all fully shown on the label.
  • Supportive cruciferous and vegetable diversity—broccoli, broccoli sprout, Brussels sprout, cauliflower, celery, cucumber, parsley, and more are in there. These are smaller doses, so it's not a heavy-hitter on things like sulforaphane, but they boost the overall plant nutrient range better than basic greens powders.

Who Is This For?

  • Busy folks hitting the gym after work but skimping on real food during long days. The 3g inulin and 1g chia make it solid for gut help, and the clear greens fill veggie gaps when meals aren't perfect.
  • Lifters bulking up with calories covered but nutrients spotty. Big eating means protein and carbs, but greens slip—this gives a simple fiber-and-greens base without messing your stack.
  • Travelers needing an easy habit when eating out beats cooking. It's one scoop a day, and the fiber, potassium, greens combo shines when food choices are limited.
  • People all about digestion over hype. Inulin's great for regularity, and this puts it front and center instead of tiny ingredients pretending to do more.
  • Everyday health folks who can't nail leafy greens daily. Almost 1g spinach plus good cabbage and kale make it an easy consistency boost without claiming to swap a veggie diet.
  • Athletes in stressful times when nutrition dips first. Stim-free, simple, focused on basics—easy to keep going when life's unpredictable.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in 10-14 ounces cold water once a day. Use a shaker for even mixing with all the plant stuff, chia, cocoa, and gums. If prebiotics like inulin are new or you're sensitive, half-scoop for 3-5 days to ease in and cut down on bloating. Best with breakfast or early, but between meals works too. With food can make it gentler; solo might highlight digestion more. If meds clash with fiber or minerals, space it out a few hours. Stacks well with creatine, protein, omegas, multis—it covers different ground. No stim issues, so daily's fine, no cycling. Keep it sealed, cool, and dry for best powder and taste.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: you taste it and feel the texture, since it's stim-free greens, not a performance booster. 10-30 minutes: no big rush, but some get a light full feeling from chia and fiber. First few days: watch gut tolerance; new to inulin might mean some gas or bloating as things adjust to 3g. Days 4-7: if it agrees, you start seeing regular digestion and easier greens habit. Weeks 2-4: builds up if your diet was low on fiber and veggies. You get steady habits, better regularity, and solid nutrition base, not a quick high.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the most important ingredients in Revive Daily Greens?

The formula is built around 3g inulin as the main functional digestive ingredient, 1g chia seed powder for added fiber support, and a fully disclosed greens matrix led by 995mg spinach, 858mg cabbage, and 858mg kale. Those are the ingredients doing the most visible work in the formula.

Is Revive Daily Greens a proprietary blend?

No. Every active ingredient is listed with its exact amount, which is a major advantage in the greens category. You can clearly see what leads the formula and which ingredients are included in smaller support doses.

Will this help with digestion?

That is the clearest use case for this formula. Inulin at 3g is a meaningful prebiotic fiber dose with strong evidence for supporting bowel regularity, and the added chia helps reinforce the digestive-support role of the product.

Can this replace eating vegetables?

No. This is best used as a consistency tool, not a replacement for a produce-rich diet. It helps fill gaps on busy days and improves daily greens compliance, but whole fruits and vegetables still provide volume, texture, and nutritional complexity that powders do not fully replace.

Does Revive Daily Greens contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. This is a stim-free formula with no caffeine listed, so it can be used in the morning, afternoon, or evening without functioning like a pre-workout.

Why might some users feel bloated when starting it?

The 3g inulin dose is effective, but prebiotic fibers are also one of the most common causes of initial gas or bloating in sensitive users. Starting with half a scoop for several days is the best way to assess tolerance and let your gut adapt.

Is the potassium dose high enough to matter?

At 200mg, it is supportive rather than high-dose. It will not replace a dedicated electrolyte formula, but it is a smart addition in a daily greens product because most people underconsume potassium relative to sodium.

How should I take Revive Daily Greens for best results?

Use one scoop daily in cold water, preferably at the same time each day. Morning or with breakfast tends to work best for consistency, and daily use matters more than exact timing because the benefits are cumulative rather than acute.

Can I stack this with a multivitamin or protein powder?

Yes. This product fills a different role from a multivitamin or protein powder by focusing on prebiotic fiber and concentrated greens intake. It stacks especially well with protein, creatine, omega-3s, and general wellness basics.

Is this a good greens product for beginners?

Yes, with one caveat: beginners who are not used to fiber supplements should start with half a scoop. The formula is stim-free and easy to fit into a routine, but the inulin dose is strong enough that sensitive users should ease in.

Does the job but dangerous to walk with!
Does the job but dangerous to walk with: foot is sliding inside the sock if the foot was treated with cream or lotion prior. It is uncomfortable to sleep with but a necessary hurdle to heal your heels!

The really work!
Bought these or a friend with severely dry cracked feet. The change was significant and immediate. They wore them around the house for a day and that night they could already feel the difference.

Fabulously bizarre and effective
These silicone socks have to be the strangest item I have ever ordered from Amazon. However strange they are, I was pleasantly surprised with them. My order came with two pairs, and I took one pair out to wash before use. I laughed at handling them then because they were a cross between hospital socks and leftover mannequin skin…trippy. The socks dried fast, so I put on foot lotion and put the socks on. The socks are beige skin tones that cover the entire foot up to the ankle, basically booties. The silicone is very soft and makes putting on and taking off the socks easy. They are also surprisingly easy to walk around in because the bottoms have grips, again, like hospital socks. I walked on tile, hardwood, and carpet with no slipping. The booties also stayed in place with no issues. I was concerned my feet would sweat, but that didn't happen. I was able to wear them for 3 hours without sweaty feet. When I took them off, my feet were a lot more soft than before or if I had used regular socks. For reference, my feet are not terrible, but the skin around my toes is dry and peeling from my picking(gross, I know). The socks I got are a size large, which worried me because they are big, but the site said for my shoe size (9) that's what I should order, and they were right. They are the perfect size and stretchy for room. I can't believe how cool and well-thought-out these socks are, on top of working. Honestly, these are among the top 20 favorite items I've ordered from Amazon. They may look incredibly strange, and they are, but they work wonders.
