Colore paglierino brillante con tenui riflessi dorati. Al naso si percepiscono immediatamente le caratteristiche del moscato, con la salvia e l'albicocca in evidenza. Al palato invece si presenta con una nota sapida ed elettrica che viene accompagnata dal ritorno del frutto dolce. Buona persistenza finale.Un inconsueto moscato secco dalla terra pugliese: subito dopo la vendemmia, avvenuta a fine settembre, le uve vengono sottoposte a criomacerazione per circa 48 ore, in modo da fermare i profumi e i sentori tipici del varietale. Dopo una vinificazione classica, con passaggio solo in acciaio e un breve tempo di permanenza in bottiglia, si procede alla commercializzazione del Puglia IGP Moscato Bianco Secco "Maccone" 2014 per regalare una bevuta dove profumi dolci si accompagnano a una beva fresca e rigorosa, creando un piacevole gioco di contrasti.
Valido come aperitivo, trova il massimo accompagnamento con crostacei e primi piatti delicati a base di pesce.

You don't have to be a lawyer to read this
Format: Hardcover
I typically read my non-fiction books from cover to cover, but not this one. I'm using it as mainly a reference book. I thought the author might exhibit some 'left coast bias' but I was pleasantly surprised.
