Walker Tape®’s Max Hold Sport is our strongest scalp protector, offering our strongest protective barrier for active & humid-weather wearers. It helps protect the scalp from potential irritation, while also serving as an adhesive booster for longer and stronger hold times.

It’s the ideal choice for wearers who live active lifestyles or live in extremely hot or humid areas. 

Directions

We recommend performing a patch test before use.

  1. Prepare the skin for install with 99% Alcohol. 
  2. Apply 1-2 coats of Max Hold Sport to the scalp before applying any adhesive. 
  3. Let dry completely, then apply adhesive or tape. Provides immediate adhesion. No need to wait for 24 hours after install before getting the unit wet. Bear in mind that with scalp protectors, the tape or adhesive will start to adhere quickly.
  4. This product is not meant to replace tape or liquid adhesive.

Cautions

Flammable – Do not store or use near heat, sparks, or open flame. Use in a well-ventilated area. Close lid tightly. Do not apply to broken, cut, or irritated skin. External use only, do not ingest. Avoid eye contact. Keep out of reach of children. Test on a small area before use 

Store in a well-ventilated, cool, dark, dry, room-temperature controlled environment (60-80°F). SDS sheet is available below.

A familiar story, just with…..less.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
