Straight-up post-cycle support with DIM, Shilajit, and BioPerine® – full doses, no BS

Alchemy Labs After Cycle is a straight-up hormone support formula for after a rough training or cycle phase. It's about getting things back in balance, not jacking you up. It hits estrogen metabolism, androgen support, minerals, liver help, and better absorption with stuff that's fully listed with real doses – no hidden blends.

The main player is 200mg DIM, which is a solid dose at the high end people use. DIM is a compound from veggies that helps guide estrogen breakdown to a better path – away from the aggressive 16-alpha-hydroxyestrone and toward the milder 2-hydroxyestrone. It also tweaks aromatase a bit and affects SHBG, which binds hormones. Basically, it helps create a better hormone setup without just pushing one thing. And since DIM doesn't absorb great on its own, they added 5mg BioPerine® – that's the go-to piperine from Sabinsa, studied in over 70 trials, at the dose that boosts uptake.

Bulbine Natalensis at 500mg is a bold herb here, showing this is for real hormone support. Not as much human research as basics like magnesium, but it's popular in bodybuilding for helping with libido, energy, and natural hormone levels. This formula goes with real-world use over pretending it's super proven.

Ursolic Acid 25% at 400mg from rosemary extract yields roughly 100mg actual ursolic acid. That is a meaningful inclusion for body-

Alchemy After Cycle by Alchemy Labs contains 10.5mg Vitamin B6, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 200mg DIM – that's a strong dose, right at the top of what folks usually take. It helps steer estrogen breakdown to the good path (2-hydroxyestrone) instead of the rough one (16-alpha), making it a must for solid post-cycle recovery.
  • 5mg BioPerine® – the standard dose of this proven piperine extract from Sabinsa. With over 70 studies backing it, it's here to boost absorption, especially for DIM which can be tough for your body to grab on its own.
  • 325mg Saw Palmetto Extract – a good hit for androgen support, helping with prostate and dialing back 5-alpha-reductase. In post-cycle, it balances things out beyond just estrogen.
  • 200mg Shudh Shilajit Extract – this mineral-packed herb is old-school for energy, toughness, and guy stuff. It adds a broader recovery vibe, not just one narrow focus.
  • 500mg Bulbine Natalensis Whole Herb Extract – a gutsy herb pick. Human studies aren't as deep as for vitamins, but it's aimed at hormone support in the lifting world, not some basic daily pill.
  • 400mg Rosemary-Derived Ursolic Acid 25% – gives you about 100mg real ursolic acid. It's a decent amount to help with body comp, keeping muscle, and recovery without being the star of the show.
  • 100mg Novomin® standardized to 5% boron citrate – this branded boron helps with bones, joints, and how hormones work. Smart add for post-cycle where minerals tie into hormone stuff.
  • Vitamin B6 at 10.5mg – a solid dose that helps enzymes do their job, pairing well with magnesium and zinc for the hormone and recovery side.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique guys wrapping a tough cycle who want real post-cycle help over random pills. 200mg DIM, 325mg saw palmetto, and Shudh Shilajit target hormone balance, with milk thistle and minerals for recovery.
  • Intermediate-advanced lifters who hate prop blends and want full doses shown – like DIM, Bulbine Natalensis, Novomin®, and BioPerine® – so you can compare to what you've read.
  • Dudes feeling off post-cycle in drive or energy, wanting estrogen support over stim-heavy test boosters. 200mg DIM is serious, BioPerine® helps it hit.
  • Guys stacking basics like minerals, boron, shilajit, and liver help without scripts. B6, magnesium aspartate, zinc citrate, Novomin®, and milk thistle make it fuller than single-herb options.
  • Lifters mixing old-school herbs with modern supps. Bulbine Natalensis and Shudh Shilajit for tradition, DIM, BioPerine®, and minerals for estrogen, absorption, and enzymes.
  • Athletes with training and eats locked but needing better recovery after hard blocks. This builds a steady hormone vibe over daily use, not quick stims.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules daily with a meal and water. Consistency beats perfect timing since it's for ongoing hormone support, not quick hits. If herbs or pepper bug you, start with 1-2 caps day one, then go full. Food makes it easier on saw palmetto, shilajit, and BioPerine®. No need to split, but some do 2 AM and 1 later for testing. Pairs well with creatine, protein, omegas, vitamin D, and electrolytes – they do performance, this does hormones and liver. Don't mix with other heavy hormone stuff like extra DIM or androgen tweaks unless you're sure. BioPerine® can tweak how some meds absorb via CYP3A4 or P-gp, so check if that applies. Store cool and dry, away from heat.

What to Expect

Day 1 is chill – no rush, just easy capsules that slide into your day. First few days, focus on taking it steady and with food to handle the herbs and BioPerine®. By days 4-7, some guys feel more even-keeled, less of that post-cycle funk, but it's subtle. Weeks 2-4 is where it clicks – DIM's estrogen work, shilajit's boost, and daily minerals add up for better recovery. Don't expect a 30-min buzz; it's about a stronger baseline after sticking with it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Alchemy Labs After Cycle designed to do?

After Cycle is a stim-free post-cycle support formula designed to help support hormonal balance, estrogen metabolism, androgen-pathway management, and recovery support after a demanding phase. Its core structure centers on 200mg DIM, 325mg saw palmetto extract, 200mg Shudh Shilajit, boron from Novomin®, and liver support from milk thistle.

Is this a fully disclosed formula or a proprietary blend?

It is fully disclosed. Every active ingredient and dose is listed on the label, including DIM at 200mg, Bulbine Natalensis at 500mg, saw palmetto at 325mg, ursolic acid blend at 400mg, and BioPerine® at 5mg. That is a major advantage in a category where many products still hide behind proprietary blends.

How much DIM is in After Cycle, and is it enough?

Each 3-capsule serving provides 200mg DIM, which sits at the top of the commonly used human dosing range of 100-200mg. That makes DIM one of the strongest and most research-aligned ingredients in the formula.

Why is BioPerine® included at 5mg?

BioPerine® is included to improve absorption of co-administered compounds, especially ingredients like DIM that can be limited by poor natural bioavailability. The 5mg dose is right in the standard effective range used in research on nutrient uptake.

Does After Cycle contain a full ZMA-style mineral dose?

No. It includes 10.5mg vitamin B6, 50mg magnesium from magnesium aspartate, and 5mg zinc from zinc citrate, which are useful support doses but below standalone repletion ranges for magnesium and zinc. Think of them as supportive cofactors inside a broader hormone-support formula, not as a full replacement for a dedicated high-dose magnesium or zinc product.

How should I take After Cycle?

Take 3 capsules daily, ideally with a meal and water. Since this is not an acute-feel formula, consistency is more important than exact timing around training, and taking it with food often improves comfort due to the herbal extracts and BioPerine®.

Will I feel this right away?

Not in the way you feel a pre-workout. After Cycle is designed for cumulative support over days and weeks, so the value is in sustained daily use rather than an immediate sensation after a single serving.

Can I stack After Cycle with creatine, protein, and a pre-workout?

Yes. It stacks cleanly with core sports nutrition like creatine monohydrate, whey or isolate protein, electrolytes, fish oil, and a pre-workout because those cover performance and recovery while After Cycle focuses on hormonal and hepatic support. Just avoid blindly stacking it with other heavy hormone-modulating formulas.

Does this product contain stimulants or caffeine?

No. Despite an apparent metadata mismatch, the verified active formula is stim-free and contains no caffeine or classic stimulant ingredients. It is designed for daily support, not acute energy.

Why is milk thistle included in a post-cycle formula?

Milk thistle provides liver support through silymarin, which is relevant because the liver is deeply involved in hormone metabolism and clearance. Including 100mg standardized to 80% silymarin makes the formula more complete than hormone-support products that ignore hepatic support.

Clean Look and Practical — Keeps Sink Area Organized
Color: Black
I’ve been using this HOKEMOM sink caddy for a little while now, and it’s a solid upgrade for keeping the sink area neat and organized. The biggest advantage is the “stay-dry” design. Since it doesn’t rely on drainage holes, it works well on the countertop without making a mess underneath. It keeps sponges, brushes, and soap all in one place without water pooling everywhere. The stainless steel construction feels sturdy, and the rust-resistant coating is a nice touch for something that’s constantly around water. It also has a clean, modern look that fits well in the kitchen without looking bulky. Size-wise, it holds a good amount without taking up too much space, which is perfect if you don’t want clutter around the sink. The only thing to note is that since there’s no drainage system, you’ll want to occasionally wipe underneath or keep items from being overly wet so water doesn’t build up over time. Overall, it’s a simple, functional organizer that keeps things tidy and looks good doing it. Pros: clean design, sturdy, keeps area organized, no dripping mess Cons: no drainage (needs occasional wipe), best for moderate use

Holds a lot, doesn't soak my countertop
Color: Grey, Color: Grey
Where has this wonderful organizer been all my life? I've always struggled with keeping those little suction-cup organizers reliably attached to the walls of stainless steel sinks -- after a while the cups always fail. But this organizer is just large enough and has room for every scrubbing item I want to grab in a hurry. And there's never water pooling under the organizer and soaking the granite countertop because there are little foam feet on the underside. It even looks classy. I just love it! Only time will tell if this organizer is durable. So far I haven't had to clean it.

Almost perfect sink caddy
Color: Black, Color: Black
My old reliable sink caddy had rusted through and I ordered 3 different replacements that I ended up returning. You would think a sink caddy would be very straightforward and simple - however I had certain things I needed out of it. What I like- -the large size. I don’t love having a million soaps but my husband recently got diagnosed with psoriasis on his hands. We tried Castile soap and water in a pump, and several free and clear types. He’s always working in the yard or cooking and we need them ALL out and accessible. Plus needed room for our actual dish washing soaps and brushes. Even if you have a normal amount of soaps - you could easily display a spray or other cleaner to fill this caddy up. -the tray. This one was important. I returned several others bc their plastic tray or absorbing stone bottoms were too small. The caddy would overhang and your soaps would trip out over past them. This stone tray has a little lip that goes all the way around like a border for your caddy. Most of the drips of water stay confined to the tray. (Unless you have splashy kids washing hands & dripping everywhere). But it’s mostly contained. -absorbing tray. This tray does not require you to empty the water out each day so it doesn’t over fill. It absorbs the water. I don’t know how. Maybe magic. But it doesn’t over fill and it doesn’t leak on the counter. If you have dirty splashes or a dirty scrub brush dripping down - it can leave some brownish marks. I take my soap out once a week and wash the caddy down and scrub the tray and it’s good as new. They included a small sand paper to use if the tray ever loses its absorbing power- you can lightly sand the stone and it’s supposed to open up the pores and be more absorbent again. I’ve only had mine a month and it’s not been an issue yet. The tall, removable brush caddy - while I do wish it was a teensy bit taller - it’s still taller than any others I tried. Your brush will have to lean a bit unless you have multiple brushes helping to hold it up. We basically use one brush and a straw cleaner and I have doubles of each. I keep 1 set out and 1 set in my dishwasher and I switch them every day. But there is room so if you need bottle brushes or scrubbers you could fill it up. You can also remove that little basket entirely if you want. And it has a hook on the back of it so if you prefer - you can hang it off the front of the caddy instead and have it overhanging over your sink instead. My sink is very rounded and it’s tough to display a caddy so that the soap is all accessible but it’s also not overhanging too much. The weight of the under stone tray doesn’t allow it to tip over into the sink or move. They also included sticky protective pads for the bottom of your stone which protects your counter tops and also makes it non slip. Over all I love and am very happy. I hope it doesn’t rust over time. But I would purchase it again. And if they made attachments for it or taller brush basket add ons I would purchase those too. Thanks for reading my ridiculously long review for a simple sink caddy. But if you’re very particular about things like me, I hope it helps!
