- A blue cheese knife will easily cut blue cheese without making a mess. The thin blade prevents sticking. Blade measures 4.75" long x 0.25" wide.
- A cheese spreader knife works well for serving gooey and fresh cheeses. Blade measures 3.75" long x 1.25" wide.
Wood box measures 15.75" x 8.5" x 1.25". Formaticum mini cheese knives should always be hand washed.
