Al palato è di gradevole acidità; è equilibrato e invita più e più volte al sorso.L'Alto Adige Chardonnay DOC "Since 83" di Colterenzio celebra quattro decenni di eccellenza vinicola; l'83, infatti, è l'anno in cui venne prodotto il primo Chardonnay. Fermentato in parte in grandi botti di legno da 35/50 ettolitri e in parte in tonneaux da 500 litri, "Since 83" affina per 7 mesi sulle fecce fini prima di essere imbottigliato. Con una acidità perfettamente integrata e un sorso piacevolmente rotondo, regala in definitiva un assaggio di pieno appagamento.
Ottimo in abbinamento ai secondi di pesce, può accompagnare anche le carni bianche.

Read it again.
Format: Audiobook
And certainly if you've never read it read it for the first time. I have been feeling like I wanted to reread this book. And then heard that they were going to release. John has written so many books that have impacted people over the years. It's crazy that the book that he wrote first with his best friend may be the best. I would also recommend getting the workbook.
