Branded Kre-Alkalyn® creatine, straight-up and easy to stack.

EFX Sports Kre-Alkalyn Hardcore keeps it basic with one goal: give you creatine in a branded, pH-buffered form without sneaky blends or extra fluff. It's not a loaded pre-workout. It's straight-up for strength and performance, using Kre-Alkalyn®, a buffered creatine monohydrate that helps refill your energy during intense sessions while being stable and easy to handle.

The whole active part is just Kre-Alkalyn® at 1,500mg. Creatine basically boosts phosphocreatine in your muscles, which quickly remakes ATP—your body's energy—for short, hard efforts. That's huge for workouts where power fades fast, like heavy lifts, quick hypertrophy sets, sprint repeats, throws, or intervals. You notice better performance holding up, more total work in your sessions, and support for building muscle when you train progressively.

Kre-Alkalyn® stands out because it's buffered to a high pH, around 12, to cut down on creatine turning into creatinine from stomach acid. That's the idea: keep more creatine intact and make it gentler, especially if regular creatine bothers your gut. Plus, it's a real trademarked ingredient, not some generic swap.

Creatine has killer research behind it. It's one of the best-studied supplements for sports, with over 170 studies and 19

Key Highlights

  • 1,500mg Kre-Alkalyn® per serving — this is all about one trusted buffered creatine, not a mix of random stuff. You get a clean way to boost energy for intense training.
  • Kre-Alkalyn® is pH-buffered — that means it's processed alkaline to avoid breaking down in your stomach acid. A lot of people like it for better stability and an easier time compared to regular creatine.
  • Creatine backs up your phosphocreatine system — that's the quick energy for stuff like heavy reps, sprints, jumps, and intervals. It's why it helps with strength, power, and keeping up the intensity.
  • One of the most proven ingredients out there — creatine has over 170 studies and 19 meta-analyses. Not many supps have this much solid research on performance and muscle gains.
  • No hidden blends — every bit is listed out. In a world of shady labels, this one shows exactly what's in it.
  • Branded ingredient, not just a generic label — Kre-Alkalyn® is trademarked by All American Pharmaceutical & Natural Foods Corporation. If you care about quality sourcing, that's a plus.
  • Simple formula that's easy to stack — with just one main ingredient, it fits right in with your pre-workout, pump supps, hydration, or protein without doubling up.
  • Made for real results, not a stim buzz — no caffeine or weird extras here. It's about better energy handling over time, not a quick hype feel.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters with a separate pre who don't want extra stims or junk in their creatine. This gives straight Kre-Alkalyn® for energy support without stack mess.
  • Folks who've tried regular creatine but hated the bloat or gut feel. Kre-Alkalyn® is buffered for stability and easier use.
  • Guys doing muscle-building sets who want steady performance from start to finish. Creatine helps keep intensity up in dense workouts.
  • Strength folks in build phases pairing this with protein, electrolytes, or beta-alanine. Clear label, easy to stack, no blends.
  • Fighters or team sport players with sprint repeats or bursts. Creatine rebuilds energy quick when recovery's short.
  • Busy travelers needing a simple supp without big tubs. This creatine fits easy for on-the-go routines.

How to Use

Grab one serving daily, same time to make it habit. Training days, 30-60 minutes pre is fine, but it's not timing-critical like stims. If you're new or had gut issues before, start as labeled and see how it goes.

Capsules? Take with plenty of water. Powder? Mix well and drink up. With food or a carb snack can feel good, but lots handle it either way. Don't pile on other creatines without tracking total intake. It mixes great with protein, electrolytes, or a pre if you want.

No need to cycle like stims—it's pure creatine. Just keep taking it daily for weeks. Store cool and dry to keep it fresh.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: no big deal, since it's not a stim. Usually smooth with water or food, which is why people like it for easy daily use.

Minutes 10-60: no pump or buzz. Creatine builds in muscles over time, not right away.

Days 1-7: the key is sticking with it. At 1,500mg, early changes are low-key if this is your only creatine.

Weeks 2-4: that's when you feel better set recovery, stronger repeats, and solid training—especially with enough total creatine and hard workouts. It's about real progress, not showy effects.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the active ingredient in EFX Sports Kre-Alkalyn Hardcore?

The verified active is Kre-Alkalyn® at 1,500mg per serving. Kre-Alkalyn® is a trademarked buffered creatine monohydrate designed around creatine stability and lower-dose daily use.

Is 1,500mg of Kre-Alkalyn® a full clinical creatine dose?

By standard creatine research norms, no. The most established daily range for creatine saturation is generally 3,000-5,000mg, so 1,500mg is below that as a standalone daily dose. It can still contribute to your total creatine intake, but it is not equivalent on paper to a standard 5g monohydrate protocol.

How does Kre-Alkalyn® differ from regular creatine monohydrate?

Kre-Alkalyn® is a buffered form of creatine monohydrate produced at an alkaline pH, typically around 12. The idea is to reduce acid-driven conversion of creatine into creatinine during gastric transit and improve tolerability, although independent evidence does not show it is strictly superior to standard monohydrate when equal doses are compared.

Will I feel this product immediately like a pre-workout?

No. Creatine does not create the acute mental or stimulant sensation you get from caffeine-based pre-workouts. Its benefits build with consistent daily use through increased intramuscular phosphocreatine availability.

When should I take Kre-Alkalyn Hardcore?

Take it daily at a time you can repeat consistently. Pre-workout is fine for convenience, but creatine's effectiveness depends much more on total daily intake and ongoing use than on minute-by-minute timing.

Can I stack this with a separate pre-workout?

Yes. Since this formula is centered on Kre-Alkalyn® without a disclosed stimulant or pump matrix in the verified active panel, it stacks cleanly with most pre-workouts. Just watch your total creatine intake if your pre-workout also includes creatine.

Do I need to load this product?

Kre-Alkalyn® is commonly marketed around lower-dose use without a loading phase. That said, if your goal is faster full creatine saturation, standard creatine literature still supports higher total daily intake in the 3-5g range.

Who is this product best suited for?

It is best for users who want a minimalist, branded creatine formula that is easy to stack and easy to understand. It especially fits athletes who value transparency, dislike proprietary blends, or prefer a buffered creatine option.

Is this better than standard creatine monohydrate?

It is different, not clearly superior. The strongest evidence supports creatine itself as an ingredient category, while independent comparisons suggest Kre-Alkalyn® performs similarly to standard monohydrate when appropriate doses are used.

Should I use this every day or only on training days?

Use it every day. Creatine works by building and maintaining muscle creatine stores, so daily consistency matters more than only taking it before workouts.

Quality shoe but with a slight squeak.
Size: 10 Wide, Color: Burgundy Polished Full Grain
Nice shoes with the classic Penny Loafer design. Fit was better than another brand I tried. Only reason not 5 starts is disappointment due to a slight squeak at times when walking.

Exact item ordered, quick delivery
Size: 9.5, Color: Black Polished Full Grain
I ordered these black Cole Haan penny loafers for casual wear with jeans, khakies, and even business casual with slacks and a jacket. They've always worked perfectly for these uses. The Cole Haan version is the most versatile and still meets my sophisticated look criteria. I wear a 9 1/2 M with almost all other shoes. I have found Cole Haan to run slightly wider and slightly shorter. This fit will work with thin and no socks and a little loose in width. . I'd likely order a 10 N next time. I tend to forget this but it runs consistent with me for Cole Haan. 5 stars for the shoe and service. My bad on the slightly off fit.

Poor quality control - maybe outlet store leftovers
Size: 11.5, Color: Burgundy Polished Full Grain
The two shoes were not the same size. They were both labeled 11 1/2 but one shoe was larger than the other and the fit was poor. I returned the first pair and ordered a replacement. This time the shoes were close to the same size but too loose and the left one has sewing issues. I've bought Johnston & Murphy for years because of the quality. These were to replace an existing pair of burgundy penny loafers that have finally worn out (even after several heal/sole replacements). That is the expected quality. I suspect Nashville Shoe Warehouse may be handling shoes that didn't measure up for the quality; more like an outlet mall than getting the J&M quality I've come to expect. Update: went to Johnston & Murphy site to buy "direct" from the manufacturer. There were several recent reviews where the shoes were long and didn't fit properly. Genesco - please step up the manufacture / crafting of these classic shoes to the level of quality they used to have.

Way too narrow
Size: 9.5 Wide, Color: Burgundy Polished Full Grain
I ordered a wide in this shoe, but it was still way too narrow. I had to return them. Otherwise, it looked like a nice quality shoe.
