Lemon Balm is an essential herb for every natural medicine chest! It’s a gentle digestive aid for the whole family; a fragrant Lemon Balm-Lavender bath calms fussy, restless children; and the tea, capsules or extract relaxes tense muscles.
Ingredients: Lemon Balm
Common use:
Helps ease tension & stress; calms nervous irritability; soothes nervous exhaustion; occasional sleeplessness (gentle alternative to Valerian and Hops); upset stomach; gas; colic; nausea.
Other Uses:
Relaxes muscles; relieves menstrual discomfort; promotes positive mood; calming thyroid support (combined with Bugleweed).
Suggested directions:
To prepare as an “instant tea”: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ¼ to ½ teaspoonful of powder. Drink 1-2 cups of tea daily. If desired add honey and/or lemon to suit taste.
