The move wasn’t about prestige—it was about finding a cooler, soil-driven home where organic farming and site-expressive wines could truly thrive.
This 100% Merlot comes from older vines rooted in mixed soils and is harvested on the earlier side to preserve brightness and structure. A thoughtful touch of whole-cluster fermentation and restrained aging allow the wine’s character to shine without heavy oak influence.
In the glass, it pours a deep ruby with vibrant cranberry and red currant layered over subtle savory notes. There’s a mineral backbone that gives the wine lift and energy, while fine structure makes it approachable now with the ability to evolve over the next few years.

This runs extra large and the arm holes are gaping. You can see your undergarments through the arm holes. I am hoping that the shirt shrinks in the wash.
