This 1959-1960 Chevy Vent Window Regulator PAIR is a restored original part for restoring the factory vent-window mechanism. It is intended for buyers who need the correct original-style component rather than a generic replacement.

SEC Restoration Notes

These original 1959-1960 Chevrolet vent window regulators have been fully restored. The vent window regulators also fit a 1959-1960 Buick, Pontiac & Oldsmobile. We disassemble the regulators, clean, and replace any broken gears so that they work like new. Often the backing plate is what is missing and causes the regulator to malfunction, but we attach new plates and screws so that they will never fail again. This is the way GM should have designed them! This is a must have for any restoration! Notice that the 1959-1960 vent window regulators have a longer shaft than their 1961-1962 counterparts.

Good Reading
Format: Paperback
The third book we chose to read for our summer reading program was Not That Pet! I am a nanny of a six-year-old girl going into first grade. It’s fun seeing a child’s eyes light up when a book or story engages their imagination. This story was another hit. This was an entertaining read! This is a rhyming read-aloud story that had us both giggling from the beginning of the story to the end. The main character, Mabel, is allowed to pick the family pet. She is determined to find the perfect pet. Her choices had us groaning, ‘oh nooo’ while shaking our heads and laughing out loud. We couldn’t read fast enough to see Mabel’s next choice. Her final decision was unpredictable. We couldn’t believe the final choice was a…. well, you’ll just have to read the story yourself to find out. The illustrations themselves had us smirking. We took the time to really look at the pages and discovered small details that really added to the enjoyment of the story. We read this story several times which is an indicator that this book is a keeper. Enjoy reading Summer 2023! originally posted at long and short reviews

As good As It Get
Format: Kindle
I read the second book in this cottage series about smart town/village life in the Cotswolds before this first one. Both are so very very good and touching. Can't wait to read the third one in this series. These sapphic HEA romances are as good as it gets.

Sweet, Escapist, and Good Characters
Format: Kindle
I enjoyed the setting of this book. I love a book with a good sense of place. The chemistry between the characters was good and built through the story, I thought the book could have benefited from heavier editing. I appreciated the good dialogue, but it seemed unnecessarily copious at times, putting a drag on the forward motion of the story. Worth my time - absolutely.
