• The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any return of merchandise. KAIMIN does not provide a return shipping label. We recommend for the customer to insure the return shipment as the customer is liable for any damaged or missing items until received by KAIMIN.

While all our stock is typically at our facilities in the USA, in rare cases, some items may be shipped directly from the country where they were manufactured and could require a little extra time to arrive.

Returns

• Items may be returned to KAIMIN within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
• Any item to be returned must be in its original condition with all garment tags attached and the knickers hygiene stickers, if any, must be intact.
• Any return or exchange must be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging, and must include all extras or accessories that may have been included with the shipment. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
• Returns that may have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you. We ask that you wear your own underwear underneath when first trying-on your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear or that does not meet the above criteria.
