How Does the Sissel Sitfit Work?
The Sissel Sitfit is a seat pad which simultaneously helps relieve upper body tension and build back musculature. This product can be used to exercise back, abdominal, lateral stabilisers and pelvic floor muscles. The seating aid can help prevent back problems by correcting poor posture, which has also proven helpful in reducing the disruption effects of ADHD.
The Sitfit is also durable enough for standing exercises to increase flexibility in the foot and ankle.

Is There a Maximum User Weight?
There is no maximum user weight for the Sissel Sitfit Seating Aid. The cushion must be the right size, as if the cushion is too small for the buttocks they it may not be as effective. However, in terms of user weight there is no known limit.
