A "tamba" is a group of multi-stranded European glass seed beads (also known as "hanks"). They were traditionally worn around a woman's waist in the Ivory Coast circa pre- to early 1900s and are very collectible.
This antique tamba features 20 strands of small glass tubes (and some rounds) measuring approximately 3 - 3.5 mm in diameter and varying in color to include orange, pink, yellow, and light blue. There are also some coiled metal tubes mixed in among the seed beads in these strands. They have turned a rich dark metallic brown color - it's likely that they are brass. When these coiled metal tubes are mixed into the strands, they are generally offset by glass tube beads of contrasting color placed on either side of them. The orange glass ovals in the center measure approximately 22 mm long x 7.5 mm in diameter.
The overall length of this tamba is 37.5 inches, with 28 inches composed of beads, and 9.5 inches composed of the exposed rope it is strung on, toward the back of the necklace.

This is the best toy for puppy teeth. If you want to play with your pup you can hold with your hands & it protects your fingers. Our pup does prefer this toy to others & I think it is because the leather is thick.

SOOO DURABLE!!!

VERY VERY VERY durable!!!!! I have a Malinois and a Cane Corso who are both very high energy and high intensity. They have shredded every single toy, bite rag, and rope ive purchased butu this one has stood strong for a year so far. i would 100% buy again. could also just be thrown in the washer if it gets dirty which is a HUGE plus for super droolers.

Ok but not Leather

I will say it's fairly durable but when the description uses the word leather..one would expect LEATHER, not microfiber. That said..it is thick and pretty durable and the dog does like it ok. Obviously the strap is NOT meant for chewing. This is not a throw it on the ground and let ur dog have it sort of a toy. It's an interactive toy. If left to the dog most would scissor the strap off in the first 10 minutes. Something to keep in mind. In summation..an ok interactive toy but over priced for the material.
