Hard-hitting multi-stim thermogenic in a quick capsule

Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Redux isn't some gentle metabolism helper. It's a bold, stim-heavy thermogenic that stacks multiple energy boosters to crank up alertness, kill hunger, and amp your energy way past plain caffeine. In capsule form, it's quick to take and straight to the point, without all the extra vitamins or filler junk you see in bloated fat burners.

The base is 200mg caffeine anhydrous, a solid dose that gets you alert, pumps up those feel-good chemicals, and boosts heat production in the body. From studies and real gym use, 200mg like this perks you up, sharpens focus during workouts, and makes effort feel easier. Alone, it's decently strong. In Redux, it's just the start.

You've got 125mg of 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, which shows up in high-energy supps for a stronger brain buzz than caffeine solo—users say it brings urgency, drive, and better mood. It's teamed with Eria Jarensis extract and Senegalia berlandieri extract, two plant-based ingredients common in stim products for lifting mood and giving that locked-in, feel-good training zone. The downside? The label shows extract amounts but not the exact active compounds standardized, so you know what's in there, but potency can vary batch to batch.

Bitter orange extract adds another energy angle, usually linked to synephrine-like stuff that helps with heat production and hunger control. Higenamine HCl at 25mg pushes it further into fast, stimmy fat-burner land by acting like a beta-adrenergic agonist, which means it revs up certain body responses. Yohimbine bark extract is the big heads-up here. Yohimbine-type stuff is popular in cutting supps because it ramps up the sympathetic nervous syste

Hi-Tech Redux by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals contains 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 200mg caffeine anhydrous per capsule — that's a real dose that works, not some weak add-in. It sets a strong foundation for energy, alertness, and body heat before the other stims kick in.
  • 125mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl — this is what makes it feel way punchier than basic caffeine fat burners. It's there to crank up brain stimulation, gym drive, and that sharp focus cutters love.
  • 25mg higenamine HCl — a solid pick for a thermogenic focused on energy signaling. It makes the whole thing feel faster and sharper than milder supps with tea extracts and vitamins.
  • Bitter orange extract for extra heat support. In fat burners, it's used for synephrine-like effects that team up with caffeine for better hunger control and energy output.
  • Eria Jarensis extract brings a mood and drive boost beyond just the buzz. It's the kind of thing formulators add when they want energy to feel uplifting and zoned-in, not jittery.
  • Senegalia berlandieri extract adds to the stim vibe, but without disclosed active levels. It's more open than a full prop blend, but not as exact as fully detailed labels.
  • 20mg yohimbine bark extract shows this ain't for rookies. Yohimbine-style ingredients are a go-to in tough cutting supps for sharpening intensity and hunger control, especially fasted.
  • Naringin at 25mg isn't filler. Citrus stuff like this can tweak how other ingredients work in your body, maybe making the stim feel stronger or hang around longer.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned competitors dieting down who need hunger control and gym fire on low energy. The mix of 200mg caffeine, 125mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, and energy boosters is perfect for that grind where motivation dips.
  • Fasted cardio fans who handle yohimbine well. The stim stack hits quick with a solid energy drive, great for morning empties before eating.
  • Early-morning trainers wanting capsules over powder mess. Redux gives a straight thermogenic punch with caffeine and extras beyond just coffee.
  • High-stim vets bored with basic fat burners. If plain caffeine doesn't cut it for drive or hunger, this multi-stim setup packs more punch.
  • Show-prep bodybuilders holding intensity late in a cut. It's made to keep that on-switch feel when calories drop and workouts weigh heavy.
  • Folks who like capsule thermogenics for easy carry and dosing. One-cap servings simplify timing and tolerance without powder hassles.

How to Use

Kick off with 1 capsule to check tolerance, about 20-30 minutes before gym, fasted cardio, or your hunger hot spots. With 200mg caffeine plus other stims and energy boosters, no need for newbies to go higher. Take with a big glass of water; capsules are easy, but stay hydrated since stims amp sweat and activity. Empty stomach usually means faster, harder hit—especially with yohimbine stuff—while food can mellow it. Don't stack with other pre's, big energy drinks, or extra yohimbine unless you're super seasoned on stim loads. Pair with non-stim helpers like creatine, electrolytes, and protein. Cycle as needed for tolerance; lots of pros use it for cuts or hard sessions, not forever. Keep in a cool, dry spot with the lid tight to keep capsules fresh.

What to Expect

First 10 minutes, not much besides waiting, especially on empty with water. By 10-20 minutes, caffeine shows up, making you feel bright and ready to move. 20-40 minutes is prime time, where most feel the top gym drive, hunger drop, and sharp push from the full stim mix. 40-90 minutes, it stays up instead of fading soft, thanks to the multiple energy paths and tweaks. Days 1-7, you mostly learn your tolerance—some say one's plenty, others use it for high-output days. Weeks 2-4, it doesn't stack like creatine; tolerance is the real shift, so many cycle it or save for rough cuts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Hi-Tech Redux?

Redux provides 200mg caffeine anhydrous per capsule. That is already a meaningful dose on its own, but the real intensity of the product comes from stacking that caffeine with 125mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, 25mg higenamine HCl, bitter orange extract, and yohimbine bark extract.

Is Redux a beginner-friendly fat burner?

No. Redux is a high-stimulant formula intended for experienced users who already know how they respond to aggressive thermogenics, especially ingredients like yohimbine-style extracts and multiple adrenergic stimulants.

What does Redux feel like compared with a standard caffeine fat burner?

A standard caffeine-only product usually feels like cleaner wakefulness and mild appetite support. Redux is built to feel much more forceful, with stronger urgency, sharper stimulation, and more noticeable appetite suppression because it uses several stimulant pathways instead of caffeine alone.

When is the best time to take Redux?

Most experienced users take 1 capsule 20-30 minutes before training or fasted cardio. Morning or early afternoon is ideal because the stimulant stack can be too disruptive for sleep if used late in the day.

Can I stack Redux with pre-workout?

In most cases, no. Redux already contains 200mg caffeine plus several additional stimulants, so stacking it with a pre-workout can create an excessive total stimulant burden and increase the risk of jitters, rapid heartbeat, anxiety, and poor sleep.

Does Redux need to be taken every day to work?

No. Redux does not rely on loading ingredients like creatine or beta-alanine. Its main effects are acute, which is why many advanced users save it for training days, fasted cardio, or the hardest stretches of a cut.

Why are naringin and 6,7-dihydroxybergamottin included?

These citrus-derived compounds are commonly used to influence how the body metabolizes other compounds. In a high-stim formula, that can change the perceived strength or duration of the overall experience.

Is the label fully transparent?

Redux is more transparent than a proprietary blend because it lists individual ingredient weights. However, some botanical extracts such as Eria Jarensis, Senegalia berlandieri, bitter orange, naringin, 6,7-dihydroxybergamottin, and yohimbine bark extract do not disclose standardization of active constituents, so precise potency is still not fully verifiable.

Will Redux help with appetite during a cut?

That is one of the main reasons formulas like this are used. The caffeine, bitter orange, yohimbine-related bark extract, and other stimulants are intended to make low-calorie dieting more manageable by increasing alertness and reducing the drive to eat.

Is Redux appropriate for evening workouts?

Usually not. Even before considering the additional stimulants, 200mg caffeine can linger for hours, and the rest of the formula can make the experience even more stimulating and sleep-disruptive.

It works to divide a room, but it's not easy to use.
Color: Grey, Size: 6 Panel
This comes in multiple pieces and you have to build every single piece including the cloth that is between the two poles. There are plastic clips to hold the sections together, but they easily come off if you move the dividers the wrong way or try to reposition it. The only thing holding it up is rectangular shaped feet on the bottom and they are a pain when you hit it with your toes. It works if you need to divide a room, but its not pretty and there are far better options. It's cheaply made and has a habit of falling down if you are trying to use it in a straight or slightly angled line.

Great privacy room divider
Color: Black, Size: 6 Panel, Color: Black, Size: 6 Panel
I got this room divider for our game room that shares the garage/laundry room, to separate the spaces. I was happy that it was relatively easy to put together in less than an hour with nothing more than a screwdriver (provided) although I used a small handheld drill. The instructions were pretty straightforward and easy to understand as everything was labeled. I have 2 small grandkids at home running around while I put this together so my timeline to completion might be longer than others. It recommends 2 people to assemble, but I was able to complete alone in about 40 minutes total and as I said I used a small handheld drill, (although it does come with a small Philips screwdriver) which is the only tool you need for assembly. The first two panels took me about 20 minutes but the other 4 were simple repeats after the initial 2. After all 6 panels were assembled the plastic clips to piece them together were literally a "SNAP" to put on. The poles are made of metal and the panels are made of a very sturdy almost canvas like fabric. When held up to the light not a lot shined through so very good for privacy. You can snap them together in sections and have 2 separate panels of 3 or what ever configuration you want. They are easy to move and bend around furniture or other obstacles, also fold flat together if you need to put them aside for storage. This worked out just as we had planned, very easy to move around when needed and I am very happy with this product. I loved how simple it was to put together, easy instructions, and the durability and functionality of it.

Decent for the price. Instructions suck but most people should be able to figure it out. More below.
Color: Black, Size: 6 Panel, Color: Black, Size: 6 Panel
SUMMARY: 3 stars from me because it's firmly average. It's fine for the price. Assembly and materials are alright but I can see some caveats depending on your circumstances. Assembly instructions do a subpar job of pointing out some details. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: Maybe it's because I'm autistic and/or building model kits and assembling stuff is my jam, but I honestly thought people were exaggerating when they were complaining about the instructions and I'd be able to flex my ~superior assembly skills.~ I was wrong! These instructions genuinely suck, and whoever is responsible for making them should be ashamed. The instructions do a poor job of calling out some details regarding orientation of parts, and some of the images do not actually match the physical parts. For example, it does not really outline the assembly of the end panels clearly, and I can see someone accidentally using the wrong poles. I've drawn over a photo to show what you should do to try and make it clearer. Additionally, the manual shows a flathead screw for bolting the feet into position, but the actual screw is not a flathead. It also does not point out the counterbore, so if you aren't paying attention you may put the foot pads onto the wrong side of the foot. It's also missing the fact that you need to use another one of the plastic pieces when you finish assembling a panel. ACTUAL ASSEMBLY & MATERIALS: To their credit, all of my bags were clearly labeled. The assembly process wasn't difficult. It's mostly just tedious and requires a fair amount of space. I was able to assemble it by myself without any real difficulty. However, the way it's assembled means two things. One, the fabric parts aren't removable without disassembly. So if you want to use this in an environment where they would require cleaning, I would seriously recommend looking for another option. Or, you could buy this just to use the frame pieces and then somehow buy or make your own fabric pieces designed to be removable with velcro or something. Two, because of the materials I really don't have a lot of faith in this thing surviving disassembly and reassembly. Like a lot of sorta-cheap-but-convenient furniture, it uses those spring-button connections and plastic inserts with self-tapping screws. Those things are not really meant to be disassembled and rethreaded. It also relies a lot on the tension of the poles and the fabric to keep everything rigid and squared, which I think puts a lot of pressure on the aforementioned buttons, plastic inserts, and the hollow metal rods. So I feel like that will also cause issues with disassembly and reassembly. Basically once this thing is assembled, it's not really meant to be disassembled. The best you can do is spot-clean the fabric if you need to. Speaking of the fabric, I didn't see any labels on them or anything in the manual that says what they are, but they feel like some kind of polyester. They generate static electricity pretty easily, and pet hair and debris sticks easily. So that's another downside of them not being easily removable. For the most part it does seem pretty stable. The poles seem to be pretty uniform in length so they're all making contact with my floor. Obviously this isn't structural so it shouldn't be supporting anything, but the two main feet seem to be doing fine with keeping this thing upright. CLOSING THOUGHTS: Really, it's fine for what it is, but it could be better in a lot of little ways and the substandard quality of the instructions just seems unprofessional to me, which is why I'm being so harsh with my rating. Depending on your needs and environment you may want to consider a different option. Preferably one that is made to be disassembled with better materials, and/or one with fabric pieces made to be removed easily.
