The stainless steel top features openings for 18 1/6-size pans (included) and a removable cutting board for convenient prep work. Two epoxy-coated adjustable wire shelves provide flexible storage, while the easy-grip door handles offer smooth access to refrigerated ingredients.
Equipped with a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, the table maintains a consistent 32–40°F temperature range to keep ingredients fresh and safe. Heavy-duty casters with two front brakes allow effortless mobility and stability.
