Self-Developed Large-Sized Planar Magnetic Driver
FiiO has developed a large 95x86mm planar magnetic driver for the JT7. This driver is designed from the ground up with in-depth R&D for different components, including the diaphragm, voice coil, and magnetic circuit. Being totally in-house developed, the driver has guaranteed consistency and promises excellent sound quality. It utilizes a 3µm ultra-thin diaphragm that offers light and agile movement, ensuring crystal clear sound response across a wide frequency range.
Rich and Dynamic Bass with F.E.S
FiiO JT7 features FiiO’s self-developed F.E.S(FiiO Elastic System) design on the driver diaphragm. It incorporates multi-dimensional textures on the surface, which are similar to the surround ring textures on a dynamic driver. This unique and innovative technology increases the diaphragm’s elasticity. Compared to traditional planar drivers, this innovation allows for precise control over internal stress, resulting in swifter movement, ensuring rich and dynamic bass response. The bass is punchier and has lower distortion compared to traditional planar drivers.
