The LUMINOR BLACKCOMB 4.1 series is a highly-rated home water ultraviolet (UV) treatment system. Fundamental design criteria in the creation of their BLACKCOMB line of UV water sanitizers was simplicity and ease of use. Made with rugged 304 stainless steel, single-end reactors, designed & manufactured to ASME pressure vessel standards, allows for easy lamp changes without the need to drain the reactor chamber as in competitor systems. A bayonet-style lamp connector allows for easy lamp change without the need for additional tools.
High quality, low pressure, reliable, (LP) coated UV lamps are used in the BLACKCOMB 4.1 LB4-201, offering a consistent output over their 9,000-hour life. The BLACKCOMB controller houses a constant current electronic power source with both audible and visual lamp failure indicators all in a splash-proof case.
The BLACKCOMB 4.1 series systems can be used in a variety of applications. This system features integral lamp life monitoring, axial flow, 304 stainless steel polished reactors with flow rates stated at 95% UVT at a dose of 30mJ/cm².
