Directions
Adults and children 12+ years: Take 1 tablet daily for immune health. At the first sign of common cold symptoms:Adults 15+ years: Take 2-4 tablets daily, with food. I love the original aqua cream but it seems they have changed the formula and it is a much thinner, more liquidy product. The scent has also changed, though it’s fairly neutral, and it now comes in a smaller glass container compared to the original plastic.
